MEASURE ACCURATELY FOR PROPER FIT. Using a soft tailor’s tape, measure the dog’s girth at approximately 2” at the back of the front legs which is regularly the deepest part of the chest. If you don’t have access to a tailor’s tape, you’ll be able to use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure that against a standard tape measure or yard stick and refer to the size chart for proper fit.
